Technical Difficulties:

Just to try to keep things "going" on our computers make sure updates on your computer are being done (automatically, or otherwise). That includes our virus protection, Windows XP, MS Defender, MS Office and any other software you may have on your computer. It's always good to defrag, once a month or so...and clean up files, too.

Microsoft Help and Support may help you in some cases.

If all else fails, let me know and I'll come look at your computer, sometime within a week or so! You can always email our TechSupport Department (or call) don't forget to give them your computer model number, operating system and room location.

...leave me a message here! Tell me your ink number...please return your empty ink cartridges to me for recycling.
